                人力資源概況:公司現有各類員工1650余人,專業技術人員180余人,其中一級建造師、工程師、高級工程師及教授級高級工程師等90余人,滿足了市場、管理、技術等方面對人才的需求。公司建立了人才發展長遠規劃,有計劃地培養、引進各種相關專業技術人才,實現公司設計研發人員和工程管理人員的優化配置。

                人力資源規劃:到“十三五”末,形成以國家注冊的建筑師、結構師、安全師、質量師、建造師、造價師、會計師為重點的,專業門類齊全、主導專業力量雄厚、高中初級技術管理人員比例合理的人才隊伍,滿足冶金工程施工總承包一級資質對管理人員的結構性要求。

                提高員工的操作技能,到“十三五”末技師人數達到30人以上,高級工占員工人數的比例達到85%以上,各類工程都有領軍的專業技術骨干。

                適時引進設計總包項目相關專業人才,滿足項目承接的需要。優化職工隊伍的結構,使公司的經營、技術類人才所占比例進一步提高。
